“Happiness is not a destination, but a journey.”
In a world where everything is happening faster and faster, we are almost all caught up in that rhythm. We love availability and we just have to make choices.
Maybe that makes happiness so easy to get and so easy to lose. Because we often skip the process and just want to touch the results quickly.
Just like building a house. It is extremely important to accompany and contribute ideas with the design and construction team. Because only when we really participate in that process, enjoy the experiences along with the difficulties, can we really have a lasting sense of happiness when living in the house that we create.
In this 14*14 House project, our client is a middle-aged man who has lived and worked abroad since childhood. Currently, due to his job orientation, he decided to return to Vietnam to work and live.
With a liberal personality, he wants his house to be minimalistic but also impressive and close to nature. So we decided to use basic shapes like squares and rectangles to create a simple and natural beauty for the house.
