Located in the heart of the rural sector of Lefun, our small house accommodation offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled among the Maitenes and Arrayanes hualles forest, our refuge is designed to provide you with a unique and memorable experience.
The construction of our small house is a true engineering feat. Built on a first level of 3-meter-high piles, the two-story high house (second and third level) is supported, which offers stunning views of Lake and Villarrica Volcano. The house is made of impregnated pine wood and SIP panels, ensuring highly efficient thermal and structural protection against the adverse weather of the region.
Inside the house, you’ll find a warm and inviting space that has been designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation. On the first level (2nd floor), the dining room, kitchen, and living room are beautifully arranged, providing a cozy atmosphere for socializing or relaxing. The north-facing terrace offers direct access to the forest and lake, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the region from the comfort of your accommodation.
The second level (third floor) boasts a double-height balcony bedroom that offers stunning views of the Lake and Volcano on its eastern and northern facades respectively. The bedroom is designed to provide maximum comfort, with a king-size bed, soft linens, and ample storage space. The house also features a typological hybrid “chiflonera-stairway” that provides access to the house, a translucent space, a space for vertical circulation, a space for protection from the rain and wind, and a space to store shoes and wet clothes.
